Recipients

The SSP Services sales and technical teams, through our internal management system. No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

Retention period

Business requests: 3 years after the last contact. Applications: 2 years. Technical logs: 12 months.

Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Uploaded documents are scanned by an antivirus, stored outside the public area of the website and accessible only to authorised staff.
